KLEKT is a fast growing online marketplace (C2B2C) start-up with millions of users. We are the most exciting place online for the most exciting market in fashion right now. We are the center of the European high profile sneaker and streetwear buzz.

 

To extend our team, we are looking for a customer support manager (m/f) – who also has high passion for sneakers – to join our team in our Cologne office. You are going to be working in a fast-paced sneaker related environment and assist us in preparing and executing various customer service activities.

 

  • Support of the customer service
  • Monitor social channels for trending news
  • Engage with the team on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas

Requirements

  • Passionate about sneakers and knowledge about the street(wear) culture
  • Legit-Check Skills
  • Know the difference between the Air Max 90 and Air Max 1 in your sleep and know that Anti Social Club is not a political party
  • Ability to work full-time in Cologne
